This was a partnership project between Diversity Matters and Active Enquiry funded by the Scottish Social Services Council to produce an accessible and engaging way to describe and explore the Continuous Learning Framework capabilities.
Good social services are everyone’s business. We want ordinary citizens, people and families to be able to describe and talk about the qualities we want to see in ways that everyone can understand.
The Continuous Learning Framework has been developed by the Scottish Social Services Council and it sets out what people working in social services need to be able to do so that they can do their jobs well now and in the future and what their employer needs to do to support them.
The quality of services depends on how good the people delivering them are at their job. We worked with small groups to develop a series of short films from the perspective of ordinary citi-zens about the learning framework and the capabilities we all want to see.
